Synopsis

Daf Carter is on track to become a legend; he’s been a renowned Town Sheriff for four years, and never once failed to do his job. So when a nobody deckhand from a nobody ship sneaks into his town, breaks into his jail, and causes him to lose his job, he’s left with a damaged reputation to mend.

But tracking down the up-and-coming pirate may be harder than he expected, especially when said pirate has a habit of achieving the impossible. And the longer the chase goes on, the more he finds himself intrigued by the adversary he set out to destroy.

Daf Carter was on track to become a legend, but it might not be long before someone else rises to meet him.
